If you’re looking for a healthy and easy treat to make, I definitely recommend trying these no bake oatmeal bars. They come together in just a few minutes and can be made with a stove or a microwave. The end result is chewy peanut buttery oat squares which store well and can be eaten for breakfast, snack or dessert.

What I really love about this recipe is that its so simple and a healthy swap out of processed muesli bars. Four simple ingredients – thats all!

Ingredients you will need to make this recipe:

Peanut Butter – This recipe works with any type of smooth natural or processed peanut butter. I recommend using unsweetened peanut butter because the bars get their sweet from the honey.

Oats – I recommend using whole rolled oats. If you don’t have these, you can always substitute for scotch oats or something similar.

Honey – Any honey is fine, depending on the texture if your honey you may want to heat the honey prior to adding it to the rest of your ingredients otherwise stirring could be challenging!

Not a fan of peanut butter? you can also substitute with other nut butters!

Storing Instructions:

You can store these oat bars in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

These also freeze really well.
