Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Smoked Spanish paprika for garnishing
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and then place the eggs in the water and bol for a further 12 minutes.
- Removed eggs and place into ice-cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Crack the eggshells and carefully peel them. Cut the eggs in half, eliminating yolks to a bowl, and putting the egg white on a serving platter.
- Mash the egg yolk into a fine crumble utilising a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, salt, and mix well.
