Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon chicken masala
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons yoghurt
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
  • 5 cardamon pod
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all spices along with yogurt to marinade chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Add oil, curry leaves, cardamon and fennel seeds to a pan.
  3. Add onion and saute until transparent.
  4. Add chicken and cook until chicken is cooked through. Depending on the type of chicken you have used, you may need to add water and cover to ensure it has had time to cook.
