Gooey, fudgy, and made in one bowl, these low sugar, low calorie brownies are a guilt-free chocolate treat – Each brownie is under 100 calories!
Brownies are one of the best desserts ever in my opinion and for someone who enjoys them on a regular basis (like me) substituting some of the more unhealthy ingredients (like butter & sugar) for healthier ones is always a plus.
You re probably thinking how could you possible make brownies without butter and sugar, although these won’t taste asindudant, swapping out oil and butter for yogurt, and sugar for sweetener has been a game-changer!
You just need to take a leap of faith with this recipe!
What ingredients will you need:
Yogurt – Any full fat greek, vanilla or plain yogurt will be just fine!
Sweetener – I like to use Nativa which is a blend of sweetners
Vanilla – Of course, can miss out vanilla essence!
Chocolate protein powder – Any protein powder will do
Milk – Highly recommend using full fat
Cocoa – This is that gives the brownie hat amazing taste of chocolate!
Low sugar choc chips – These may be hard to find, if you’re not in luck you can always chop up low sugar chocolate instead

How long can you keep these yummy brownies for?
These low calorie brownies will keep for up to five days when stored in the fridge in an airtight container. I often make these and freeze them as well for when I am craving! If you re freezing these, ensure you wrap them firmly in cling wrap.
