Ingredients

  • 10x chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon crushed ginger
  • ¼ cup tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all listed ingredients except sesame seeds, into a bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Add chicken and coat in sauce well. Place in the fridge overnight for the best results.
  3. Add oil to the pan and cook chicken on medium heat. Rotate chicken often to ensure it does not burn.
  4. When chicken is almost cooked, remove it from the pan and add sauce to the pan. Bring sauce to boil and it should become slightly thicker and sticky.
  5. Add chicken back to the pan, and mix well to ensure the chicken is covered in the sticky sauce. Cook for a further 5-10 minutes in the sauce, making sure each drumstick is evenly coated and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
